Last week, the low-cost airline Wizz Air set course for Luxembourg Airport for the first time as planned. A non-stop connection to Bucharest has been established.
So far, Luxembourg has been a « blank spot » in the route network of the pink low-coster. That has now changed, because they now offer scheduled flights between the small country and Romania. Flights to Rome-Fiumicino and Skopje will follow soon. According to their own information, around 60,000 seats are available from Luxembourg.
